Importing a QIIME2 derived BIOM(HDF5) table #13
Description
I exported a BIOM 2.1 version of the table that I generated in QIIME2, but it doesn't validate for Phinch. I can't find much documentation about what needs to be in the table, so I'm not sure what the issue might be.
(Unrelated, but the Slack invite on the Phinch homepage is closed.)
