Error loading BIOM 1.0.0 Json file

Hi,
I have trouble loading a BIOM file that should be correctly formated. It is a JSON file, generated with PIPITS (https://github.com/hsgweon/pipits) and automatically converted from tab-format to BIOM 1.0.0 Json with BIOM-FORMAT 2.1.7.
When I load this file in Phinch, it doesn't validate.

Could you help me understand why this file doesnt load please ?
