Custom templates missing handlebars helpers

Was having trouble getting up and running with a custom templates. Looks like some handlebars-related issues were resolved in kss-node in the next version up. (v0.4.0) Might be worth a bump

👍 This Gulp plugin refuses to work without this. I'd like to see it merged.

Thanks. This fixed my "Error: Missing helper: 'unlessDepth'" error I was getting when trying to use a custom template.
