Description
I don't want this to come across as a feature request - even though it sort of is.
I'm looking at attempting a plugin to perform a lighthouse test instead of using the pagespeed api...keeping the entire crawl internal and not relying on anything external other than the site being crawled.
To do this properly, it needs a backend route - so I'm going to attempt to put that together.
If I attempt this, I would hope @PhialsBasement might be willing to accept it as a pull-request and maybe coach me through any issues I might encounter.
