Organize samples into projects/experiments #49
Description
We can split this up into a bunch of different issues since this is basically a v3.0 overhaul
- Modify workflow/database to group samples by experiment
- Similar layout to Prospector: create experiment → collect data within experiment
- Bottom toolbar reorganized to be Data, Settings, Info
- Each experiment list item contains: label with name, edit button to modify experiment parameters, button to go to sample list, button to collect data → goes to image capture screen
- In sample list, add a plus FAB that goes to image capture screen
- Maybe define algorithm to be used on a per-experiment basis?
