Vat not regenerating air

Describe the bug

When i pump out liquid air from a vat the air doesn't regenerate even though i have a lot of open vents. This probably happens with other liquids in the vat as well.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Construct a vat ( I did 5x5 ) with open vents
2. Cool it down to below the boiling point of oxygen and nitrogen using refrigerstraytors.
3. Pump out the liquid air or use a beaker/cylinder
4. New air doesn't regenerate in the vat

Expected Behavior

I expected the air to regenerate in the vat and for it to continue making liquid air
