Exchange does not contain mapping for CRYPTO

Assets API seems to return CRYPTO exchange field for crypto tickers, however, Assets.getExchange() returns null since Exchange enum does not contain a mapping for the same. Not sure if this is intentional.

This is likely an issue with Alpaca's OpenAPI specification. I'll look into this in the near future.
