Left Orientation breaks Blizzard Tooltips

If I have Left Orientation and Blizzard Tooltips selected, then the tooltips do not appear. They show in the Right Orientation.
This only happens with some items. Probably rings and trinkets due to the second slot?

Hello,
I can say that the issue doesn't depend on orientation because I've set DialogueUI to right orientation and sometimes the Blizzard's tooltip doesn't appear anyway.
