NEO sent to incorrect address

Hello,

I sent my NEO to the wrong address....it was incorrect by having an upper case instead of a lower case letter.  I know the address doesn't exist because there isn't any transactions for that specific address...will my neo just be rejected by the network since it has to be verified?  Is there any way to make a paperwallet with the incorrect address so that I can recover it?  Thanks!
