UI tutorial animations

UI in tutorial overlays is real UI not pictures
Load it in the tutorial location in line with text descriptions
When tutorial is closed, lerp(glides) UI from that position to its correct position for gameplay
This helps tutorials describe UI cleanly and makes a fun way of showing the UI location to aid users remembering it
