Description:
We need to create a page to display the Code of Conduct and Community Roles for our community. This page should clearly outline our rules and guidelines for all members.

Requirements:

• We already have a Markdown file containing the content.
• The page should render this Markdown file correctly.
• The URL for the page should be /community-guidelines or another appropriate route.
• Ensure proper styling for readability, including headings, lists, and emphasis where needed.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Create a page that displays the Code of Conduct & Roles content from the Markdown file.
• Ensure correct parsing and rendering of Markdown.
• Apply proper styling for readability and accessibility.
• Ensure the page is accessible via a clear and intuitive URL (e.g., /community-guidelines).
