autogen not found

When try compile, sytem in MSYS2 return that no autogen.sh
cd lib3270
./win/bundle.msys --pre-reqs --build

there is nothing to do
./win/bundle.msys: line 51: ./autogen.sh: No such file or directory
Configure failed

Autogen is no longer needed since the project changed to meson build system. The readme was already updated in the branch 'win' but wasn't tested yet.
