No ticket ID is given when closing a single ticket in ticket queue view #15

Hi!

QuickClose doesn't fully work in Otobo.

QuickClose works almost everywhere. I can close any single ticket from Ticket Zoom (AgentTicketZoom), or select multiple tickets and close all selected tickets from Queue view (AgentTicketQueue).

However closing any single ticket without selecting it with a checkbox doesn't work, and the error message appears that "No ticket ID is given". This only happens when using Large view where ticket preview is visible (so each ticket has its own QuickClose dropdown menu). I need to select the ticket with a checkbox and then QuickClose for a given ticket will work.

It didn't happen in OTRS6.
