FEATURE: ascii art drawing tools

Should provide some tools for drawing tables and other graphic to plugin.
1. Add some methods in xpocket-tools to generate final output content of original string with informations such as color, font size, table size, header format etc.
2. Add some methods in xpocket-tools to generate table format output with options.
