Description
This issue is reserved for unitaryDESIGN participants. Please refer to the rules page of the event’s website to confirm whether you are eligible to participate from Feb 16-27. We will not be reviewing submissions before Feb 16.
No matter how you pronounce it, GIFs are the best.
We’re looking for a contributor to create an animated GIF for the PennyLane README, docs, demos, website, hero images, etc. (e.g. the first image here).
The sky is the limit so be creative! We will value scientific accuracy and “wow-factor”. The best GIF submitted will get the bounty as part of unitary.design and be featured on the PennyLane Blog!
- The GIF must be your own original work. Anything that is clearly AI-generated with no other work put in will not be considered. Any use of existing content (unless it's under Creative Commons) will not be accepted.
- The GIF must use:
i. GIF file format
ii. Solid background (avoid transparency)
iii. 480 pixel width
iv. 15 to 24 FPS
v. Under 2MBs - The name of the file must be lowercase and use underscore to separate different words.
- Please add your file to the documentation/unitaryDESIGN folder in the unitaryDESIGN branch.
- Your GIF will be licensed under CC BY-ND 4.0.
- You will receive credit for your GIF if it is published online (e.g. see here).
- The PennyLane team reserves the right to redraw, modify, or change the style of the GIF.
- By submitting this GIF you authorize Xanadu Quantum Technologies to display it on any of their websites and share it on social media (should they choose to).
