Description
Trying to query a user that has a forward slash in the principal name fails:
$ curl http://localhost:8081/resources/users/krbtgt%2Fmitkrb5-swe-dce-dev.test.psu.edu
Principal krbtgt%2Fmitkrb5-swe-dce-dev.test.psu.edu was not found
