I was wondering if you had a method to run the Rbec script on multiple fastq files and combine the Corrected_abundance output together to generate an otu table?

Currently, I haven't included the script for combining the abundance tables from different samples into a single one. But you can use the 'for' loop and 'merge' function to combine the tables in R. I'll work on the development the 'merge_table()' function in the following weeks.

Hi @jlubin24 , I noticed that DADA2 provides the redundant function 'mergeSequenceTables' for merging tables from different samples and it's quite easy to use. I'd like to lead you to this function for your purpose.
