Data uri of pen layer glitching

When getting the data uri of the pen layer, it always scales to the size of the canvas in pixels on screen. So I try to draw a 16 by 16 triangle and it ends up 18 by 18 in the image and 64 by 64 ends up like 70 by 70. This is a really annoying glitch and it'd be really nice if it was patched. The scaling is different if I'm in fullscreen mode or have high quality pen mode.

The stretching is due to high quality pen expanding the pen layers size. I'll see if there is a way to fix it.
