Bug: Community Service Task Blips Disappearing

There are two critical issues observed with the community service task system:

1. Task Blips Disappearing Midway

• After completing a few tasks, the blips for remaining community service tasks sometimes disappear.
• The player gets stuck and cannot proceed, requiring an admin to manually remove the community service status.

2. Blips Missing After Server Restart

• When a player reconnects after a server restart, their remaining community service is correctly resumed.
• However, the task blips do not reappear, making it impossible to continue the tasks.

Expected Behavior

• Blips should consistently appear for all remaining tasks until the community service is fully completed, even across restarts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Begin community service tasks.
2. Complete a few tasks and observe blips disappearing unexpectedly.
3. Restart the server while a player is mid-community service.
4. Reconnect and observe that the blips are missing.

Additional Notes

• Logs show no relevant errors during the disappearance.
• This issue affects the gameplay flow and requires admin intervention to resolve.
