Move SimpleSave configuration options out of SimpleSaveExtensions #62
Description
The number of configuration options for SimpleSave is increasing. We now have half a dozen configurable parameters, including the logger. It's starting to feel pretty messy with these in the extensions class, and it's not really what that class is meant for, so they really should be moved.
