Dapper.SimpleSave shouldn't enforce *nullable* primary keys on reference data #3
Description
As above - this is slowing people down. Since reference data, by definition, already exists in the database there shouldn't be any requirement for PKs to be nullable on DTOs/DAOs marked with the ReferenceData attribute.
