Payment reliability issue(s)

It might be only an issue when clicking the QR code to copy the URI and pasting that manually into Cashtab PWA (not .com).

Doesn't seem to matter which browser is used.

iPhone 12 Pro was tested; iOS 17.6.1.

Also an android device was tested and it failed there too.

Sites it failed on:

• https://proofofwriting.com
• https://buy.ecashconference.com/ (currently open for dev testing)

It also fails on non-wordpress sites, so it's not an issue w/ the plugin.

New info:

Install the Cashtab PWA on your phone and pay using that (manually copy + paste from QR code) rather than cashtab.com.

More info: It's not just the PWA, but it can be reproduced on Cashtab.com as well. I was able to reproduce it in Brave browser on Andriod.

Misc improvements made to address this.

There's still some potential cases for issues but they are known and we have separate tasks to address each one specifically.
