2nd QR code dialog appears on top of existing one when paying on the same page twice without refreshing first

To reproduce:

1. Visit the CD dev site.
2. Click 'Become a supporter' and choose 'Support via Bitcoin Cash'.
3. Choose Tier 1, 6 months (for the smallest amount).
4. Pay using likely any wallet (I was using the Bitcoin.com wallet but Electron Cash probably has the same issue).
5. Close the PB QR code dialog once it's detected.
6. Repeat the above (paying again).

You'll see that a 2nd QR code dialog appears on top of the current one. Also note that the transparent background is extra dark because there's 2 layered on top of each other.

On CD this is also throwing an error (haven't investigated why).
