But there is detail in the document about for example comms - so wondering if we can link to the google doc as like a manual?

The cost of having stuff on the website is that it should stay updated. And I've seen previous documents like this not come to practice. Why don't we test these Requirements and Responsibilities stated in the doc with the present chapters a bit before making them so public-facing?
