Better search

[Pato-desu]

This is probably a hard change to do, but I have a hard time finding basic stuff with the present search engine.

The clearest example imo is that I cannot find a lot of pages by searching their title. I wish it searched by titles, descriptions, and then everything else.

I'm not saying they're not being indexed, but a lot of the time they are probably somewhere down there in the huge amount of results.
