Archetype Centroid

Given an archetype and a mtg set number, we want to be able to find its centroid. That is: the list of the most played cards from the given set nr. and onward.

For the computation we have to:

1. go through the list of all known deck lists for the given archetype
   1. How big can this be? Do we need different DS? It should not be a huge set.
2. collect all the played cards and count the nr of occurrences and return an ordered list
   1. Are there cards which changed name during the sets lifecycle? ?Not as far as we know?
   2. How do we treat cards that are currently banned? We need to include them anyway, especially if they have been played in 4 copies
3. determine the threshold to consider the card part of the centroid
   1. Naive: get the first 10 ?
      1. advantages are the simplicity and that a fixed nr of cards is returned
   2. Use the avg. nr. of occurrences

You need to iterate over the files in this location: https://github.com/Pauperformance/pauperformance.github.io/tree/master/assets/data/intel/deck

That location is reached locally via AcademyFileSystem().ASSETS_DATA_INTEL_DECK_DIR.
Each json in that folder has an url, last digits of the url represent the id of the deck.
With the id, you can build the PlayableDeck using the file named with the deck id in AcademyFileSystem().ASSETS_DATA_DECK_MTGGOLDFISH_TOURNAMENT_DIR.

Note from me: the ACADEMY_PATH env var has to be set to the path of the cloned Academy for this to work.
