Hello, would it be possible for you to provide a CLI version for Windows?

I have an idea to create an automation using Python to unlock achievements when a user chooses to use a Steam emulator like Goldberg Emulator or SteamEmu, but still wants to keep the achievements on their Steam account. So, when an achievement is unlocked by the emulator, the script would call the CLI commands and also unlock it using SamRewritten, thus maintaining the correct achievement timestamp.

I don't understand much about programming; I'm just entering this world now... but this was just a crazy idea I had. Thank you.

I'm very busy on other projects right now so I'm not sure when this will be possible, but it is possible that I implement it!
I will keep that in mind and try to do what I can, in the meantime contributions are always welcome.
