Unable to reproduce

Hi,

Thanks for publishing the code and the data. I am trying to reproduce your workflow and results but I haven't been able to make it work. Could you please help me with the following:

1. I cannot find the R code that is used in the preprocessing. Could you point me to it please?
2. What is the order in which the code should be run? I think it might be 1. download_data.py 2. prepare_data.py 3. Data_maker_loader.py but I am not sure if that's correct and not sure what should follow after
3. In Data_maker_loader.py there are some hardcoded paths ( "/rdsgpfs/general/user/kpp15/home/Hansen", "/data/raster/MadreTiff"), I am not sure what should they be replaced with given that the region in download_data.py is specified as "Junin" and not "Madre"
