Admins can trigger check-in with Realizers and Guides

Org admins should be able to trigger a "check-in round" with all Guides and Realizers which sends an email to remind them that they are tied to a responsibility and gives them the chance to remove themselves from it by just following a link in the email. This check-in round can either be triggered for all roles at the same time, or for a single responsibility.

I feel like this might be fixing something that we could solve in some cleaner way (a good start would be to start sending notifications at all :P ) but maybe this could be a good bandaid until we have time to do the better solutions.

What it’s addressing is at least two cases: - Orgs with a lot of resps like Blivande or Borderland end up with people having responsibilities that they forget they took on. An org fascilitator might want to check in with people once in a while to see if they are still doing what the system thinks they are doing. - Cyclical orgs like the Borderland have a lot of changing roles between the years. In these sorts of orgs, you definitely want something like this. You might even want to go a step further: Realizers get an email prompting them to confirm they are still doing something before a certain date, or they are removed from the position.

• Need Guides can send out emails to all the Resp Realizers under their need
