The random Supply lines mission: Vehicle given for the mission

Hello. I have been trying to win this mission but I always get given a car or a trailer which lacks guns and I cannot perform drive bys as Carl is not in the car since it is remote controlled. Do you have any suggestions on how to beat this particular mission. For me, it replaced the Madd Doggs Rhymes missions. Thank you!
