feat(Sales Order): On Submit, add Service Template rows

• In Quotation user will select Items from Service Template
• The Service Template reference will be in the Line Item
• The Quotation will be converted to Sales Order
• When the Sales Order is submitted, if there are any service templates in the line items, we want to add them into the Repair Order
• After adding the Service Template line in Repair Order we want to update the Sales Order Line Item's service_template_detail to be equal to the row.name of new Repair Order Service Template name and then call set_service_template_has_transaction
