There is already an icon for UML, but it's a symlink to application-x-zerosize. text-vnd.plantuml is new in SMI since https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/xdg/shared-mime-info/-/merge_requests/394.
It makes sense to do them at the same time because they should share colours and background maybe, if new icons are added.
Potentially could use a symlink to a "generic" drawing or diagram icon, e.g. image-x-svg+xml as a stopgap, or draw a new generic one for diagrams showing a pair of compasses (tool)
