Description
This is the tray application for CachyOS which shows if updates are available or not.
I don't really know what is going on there but there exist two programs. Looking at the icon it seems like there are two programs defined, depending on the update state. Each with its own icon.
Cachy-Update runs arch-update and has the icon cachy-update-blue, no updates available.
Cachy-Update Systray Applet runs arch-update --tray and has the icon cachy-update_updates-available-blue, updates available.
