How to start with

I would like to contribute to this project. Where should I begin ?

@meetdilip, in calibre/images directory we have all icons that must be created for this theme from default calibre theme. Some of them have equivalent one in Papirus and some have not, which must be created. you can start from there if you can. thanks for your interest.

What's the theme we will be working on ? Would be great to see a couple of samples.

Calibre icon theme was, in fact, my request. I was working on one myself

That's something we must discuss, I think for now we go with a colored icon theme, but two additional monochrome theme would be good. one for dark themes and one for light theme

What's the icon size required ? A lot of icons have " book " as a part of it. Any ideas on how to represent " book " in these icons ?

For size we use 128px and there is a template in imgsrc folder.

We can use different color for books in these icons, I just don't know which color I must use!!
I try to use as much as I can from existing papirus icon for creating new icons.

@morealaz looks good. Feel free to commit in master. Size of context symbols and color of context circles can be fixed later.

Why there is a gear with " Edit " option ? Normally comes with " Settings ", right ?

I just use icon which are in papirus for calibre-ebook-edit. but as you say editing book some how means changing its settings.😉
I also change icons which have book in them and remove book from them. you can see new icons in #3.
