We are considering integrating a subset of Pyleoclim-like functionalities for time-series preprocessing and spectral analysis (e.g. standardize, gaussianize, detrend, filter, spectral, with multiple method backends).
We would appreciate feedback on methodological priorities (which functions and algorithms matter most), expected API design (inputs/outputs, defaults, parameter exposure), and comparability with existing workflows.
If you have experience using Pyleoclim, insights on numerical behavior, limitations, or best practices are particularly welcome.
