issue of onlyAnn mode

Hi! I was running the onlyAnn mode through the singularity. However, there is an error saying that:

  cp: can't stat '/gene_annotation/TransPi/DBs/sqlite_db/*.sqlite': No such file or directory
```
How can I download the *.sqlite files correctly?
