Feature: Sort #pacemanbot-runner-names message in alphanumeric order #45
Description
Problem
The current message thats gets sent in #pacemanbot-runner-names when you whitelist runners, doesn't sort the runners in any way. This makes it so when you update the whitelist, the entire list of the message gets shuffled. This makes it harder to read when theres a bigger amount of runners in the whitelist.
Solution
Make the message for the whitelist sorted by alphanumeric order. This makes it easier to look for certain runners, while it does not affect the length of the message.
Optionally each segment of initial characters could be separated with a blank line for further readability improvement.
