Relative/dynamic asset paths

Currently, a number of assets are hard-coded. We should be providing the fully qualified, absolute URLs for them, by prepending `$site->url()` to any path.

Header backgrounds and the logo animation, as well as the map pins all suffer from 404s due to improper URLs.
