Thank you very much for providing the package, it is very helpful.
I am using the senlm to fitting my biomass data with different envrionmental gradient (temperature) with sech and different error distributions it works fine.
however, I wonder if you have better code to do the plotting. after fitting a model, it seems like that I can simply do plot(fit), but it is in basic R plotting. I have many different accessions belong to different ecotype, I want to plot the accessions belonging to the same ecotype together, that is many curves on one plot. now with the pacakge, I couldn't figure out an easy way, I couldn't incorporate the model fitting results into ggplot either.
any suggestions will be appreciated.
