--overcolor is broken

As of 2026/02/01, it seems the --overcolor submission flag causes the bot to break down and not process submissions. See below image for example;

Technically, spriteasset guidelines dictate submissions shouldn't be overcolor, but there's a few edge cases where --overcolor may still be needed. In this example, a special portrait was added to Budew, and a shiny version of it needed to be made, but the existing shiny portraits were overcolor. Even with the shiny version of Special0 and Special0^ not being overcolor, --overcolor would still needed to be used to add the new special portrait to the slot.
