Make Move phases and Attack Phases distinct #6

Fix the bugs of tackle-onto-lava not activating burn, walk-onto-trap breaking team formation, and walk-onto/off shop breaking team formation, by adding an "OnMovePhaseEnd" event. Triggered traps will queue up for the move phase end, and they will not queue up more than once. Shop dialogue will also check for on move phase end.
