Hi Paul,

I'm opening issues to give feedback & it looks like the proposal.md file is missing here? Can you let me know if there's something I'm missing or if this was a mistake?

My bad! I was sloppy with the push and didn't notice it failed due to the inclusion of the raw data by mistake. Everything is in now.

I had goofed and didn't notice the final push was failed because I had included the raw data file which is a bit too big for github. Everything is sorted now, thanks for the heads up!

No worries, the topic and data both look good to me. From the sound of it, you will have a fair bit of geospatial data, since we won't have an in depth conversation on GIS/mapping until a bit later in the course please reach out if there's anything that you encounter trouble with.

Similarly, the data set itself looks good and seems of an ideal size to work with, but if paring it down to the conflicts you are going to work with results in a lack of data let us know as soon as you identify this so we can start working to find a supplementary source as needed.
