Bug: Can't properly parse some types of composer version constraints.

It can't parse this:

    "require": {
        "php": "^7.2|8.0.*"
    }

It only sees the 7.2-7.4 and completely ignores stuff after the "|".

I have since done comprehensive work on PHP version constraints via my closed source bettergist-collector project.

I need to port that version constraint parsing code over here (it uses Composer's internal functions and has been validated against all 400,000+ packagist packages).
