Can't find print option

I'm trying to see how to print my md file. I can see the preview, but I do not see the print button anywhere. The docs say it's on the toolbar, but I don't see any toolbar. How can I print this out?

In this snap there are six icons, top right next to the editor tab. The middle two are preview and print respectively.

If preview works then the extension is properly installed and working so the only question is why you can't see the Print icon. Check your settings.

If you still can't find the print icon then bear in mind that if you've opened a preview in a browser, you can trigger the browser's print function manually.
