New API V3 command line comment is wrong, should be :8080

Heya PCJones,
First off, thanks for this bot, works like a charm.
Couldnt help but notice the bot needed a new version of the api you made, v3.
So I changed the api in config to what the commandline said it should be. I made note that v2 did have port 8080 in the url and v3 didnt.
I was getting errors connecting to the api so i tried connecting to port 8080 instead of 80 and that fixed the issue.
So if this can help other people troubleshoot their bot better, I hope it helps
