Are there plans for Windows Support scrapped, or are there plans for it to come in later stages?

It does run just fine on windows if you use docker. Other than that it's also possible to build the .exe for windows, but you'd have to make sure it is always running when Sonarr is running. If you have discord I can help you setting it up
