[BUG] PF1e Character Sheets missing first favoured class bonus

Describe the bug
When a character takes a favoured class bonus, the first type of bonus is missed from the character sheet e.g. standard.htm.ftl
although the bonus is applied to the character.
This seems to be an "off by one" error on the sheet code.

To Reproduce
Create a pf1e character with 3 levels.
Add two different favoured class bonuses.
View the character sheet, the first type of bonus is not listed but the benefit is added in (easiest to see as bonus hp)

Expected behavior
All the types of favoured class bonus should be listed on the sheet.

Is the request to actually see Bonus hit point and Bonus skill rank on the character sheet? Cause I can do that, but as coded, the default favored class bonuses were not designed to display on the sheet. It appears the later FCB were coded to display. But this is working as designed.

As of 6.8.r10 if you have one class bonus type it doesn't display, if you have two types of bonus only the second one displays on the sheet. I believe this worked correctly in a previous release.

That's the debug sheet. As I said, the original two FCBs are not coded to display - skill point or hit point, neither is coded to display outside the GUI. So, are you requesting those display, standardize output and make all FCBs hidden, or something else?
