Improve error handling

Currently, errors are logged to console.log output. Instead, the library could provide a mechanism to collect all errors that are encountered, including relevant buffers or hex encoded outputs to improve error analyzing capabilities.

Would you be open to a smaller initial PR contribution to switch all messaging to stderr? Helpful when running on containers or child processes.

Yes, feel free to open a MR for that. Please make sure you update the current test assertions to check for console.error instead of log. There are replays already that have this behaviour, but the logging is not getting asserted in the tests.

All test cases with "rogue player id in command data blocks" log that message, see here:

Just update those tests with assertions that the messages were logged with console.error and not with console.log after you implemented it, that would help a lot!

Switch to console.error released with 3.0.0
