Provide an endpoint (/health) to check health status of angular app :

• Get inspired by PACK Solutions private repo : @ps-angular-common/heartbeat to create the new project : @angular-stdlib/health.
• Health endpoint must be /health and must send back the HTTP 200 OK success status.
• Update global README.
