Cant install bcmon on xperia slt26i

I'm using xperia slt26i and i cant install bcmon.I am using a custom rom of 
carbon on my device. It says it cant realise my firmware model. Can you pls 
find me a way to install bcmon ad can I also know which bcm should be installed 
on m chipset .
